West Nile Virus not yet found in New Mexico (Los Alamos Monitor). No cases of West Nile Virus have been detected in New Mexico so far this year, a state official said. Paul Ettestad, state public health veterinarian, said the first two human cases in 2005 were detected recently in Alabama, and mosquitoes in Arizona and California have tested positive for WNV.
