MediaNews will manage El Paso Times (El Paso Times). Denver-based MediaNews Group Inc. will become majority owner and managing partner of the newspaper partnership that owns the El Paso Times, the Las Cruces Sun-News and seven other New Mexico newspapers under an agreement with Gannett Co.
